There is no upgrade path to Windows 10 from Windows Vista. You'll accept to do a clean install.

On Asus site I see drivers only for Vista. So if you take Windows 10 license to attempt you may do this. But do not forget to brand a backup of your current organization.
If you do non have Windows 10 license I do not recommend to purchase it for this laptop because of relatively high probability of possible issues.
And unfortunately at that place are some chances even Windows 7 will not work correctly

I institute Windows7 Pro tin be easily installed since Hardware requirements matches but Microsoft going to terminate back up for Windows7 next year so thought to become for Windows10 Pro.

Ya, there is no upgrade from Vista to Windows10 so has to do clean installed just doesn't know whether driver back up is there ?
I just gave my configuration that I accept 64Bit OS. I don't know whether 32Bit or 64Bit Windows10 is supposed to be installed ?
